Returns & Exchanges

We want you to rest easy knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your Snooze Band, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the Snooze Band and all included accessories back into the original box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
